Heating
Our cottages have easy-to-use heating throughout. Please ask if you require assistance.
Fire Safety
Your safety is our highest priority. In the event of a fire, the fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, and the fire assembly point is in our car park.
Launderette
Our on-site laundrette is open daily, from 10am-7pm. You’ll find it next to Goldfinch (3 on site map). Please note that our washing and drying facilities are free to use.
Towels & Linen
You’ll have a full set of clean towels and bed linens upon arrival. If you do require any more, please do not hesitate to ask. Our team will provide this.
Cleaning
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our cottages, and our facilities management team works to a remarkable standard at all times. Please note that we do not clean during your stay.
Waste Disposal
We ask that you dispose of all rubbish in our bins (4 on site map). We kindly request that you help us to recycle by separating your rubbish accordingly.
Key Collection
You can find your cottage/apartment keys in the safe lock box at the entrance. Simply enter the code you have received via email. When you depart, please return the keys to the same place.
Hot Tub
Relax and soak up stunning views from the comfort of our on-site hot tub, when you book the Kestrel accommodation.
Please seek medical advice if you are unsure as to whether you can use our hot tubs.
BBQ
Our outdoor spaces are ideal for al fresco dining with all the family. Please remember to clean the area once you are finished, leaving it in the same sparking condition you found it.
